I started out as a solo designer in a service-based company, collaborating directly with CEOs and directors to solve complex B2B challenges. My drive comes from turning messy problems into intuitive solutions and from seeing real users and teams benefit from thoughtful design, whether in pilot studies or hands-on workshops.
