My first move on any problem isn't a wireframe. It's understanding the whole system. I keep asking why until I hit the root, then map how that root connects outward: the user's real job, how the business earns from solving it, what's technically buildable, how marketing, sales, and CX experience it on their side. Once I can see how every piece moves together, I make a strategic call on whose outcome matters most right now and design from there. My engineering background trained me to think this way: systems before screens. That's why my strongest work tends to be operational tools and multi-stakeholder dashboards where the underlying complexity actually matters.
